In Grayhawk, there is a lot on Nighthawk near the intersection with Grayhawk Blvd that is being used as a concrete truck washout. Is this permitted on a residential street? If so, must they comply with any regulations for keeping the street clean? There is quite a bit of mud and gravel all across the street there that is also a mailbox pod location. Thanks.

Builders are required to provide a central wash out location for periodic cleanup rather than washout throughout the subdivision. They are responsible for keeping the streets free of mud. The inspector assigned to your neighborhood will investigate and get this area cleaned up. You can contact Building Inspections at 972 335-5580.
