We just received a letter from a company called NuStats that says they will be calling us about a survey they have been asked to conduct about Highway 121 being a tollroad. It is called the "State Highway 121 Stated Preference Survey". It says it is going to include some personal questions also. Does the city of Frisco know about this company and are they actually planning on using this information or is this just a scam by this company to get personal information from people. Thanks for your help with this.

Ms. Newhall, This is a survey being conducted by the Texas Department of Transportation. It is part of the financial feasibility study to make SH 121 a toll road. Please contact Mr. Mark Ball the Public Information Officer for the Texas Department of Transportation at 214-320-4480 if you have any questions.
