It is my goal to post questions within 24hrs of receiving them. I forward the questions to the appropriate department for their review and response. They also attempt to respond within 24hrs. You'll note that most responses come from Directors or Department Heads within the City. They are committed to making sure you get correct answers as promptly as they are able to respond. You are always welcome to contact them directly via telephone or email. Contact information is available on the City of Frisco website under the 'Departments' tab at the top of the page.

If you do not get a timely response you are welcome to contact me directly and I will follow up with reminders internally if necessary.
