We have several concerned homeowner's and I wanted to provide feedback for the following incidents. I would like to consult with the Police Department regarding these issues in order to better educate us all on how to handle the problems addressed below. I would like to know if there are tickets and/or fines associated with these acts and if so how much of a fine. I would also like to know if it is recommended by you that I instruct them to contact the Frisco Police Department using the non-emergency number when they witness one of these events.

1. The use of mini-motorcycles and ATV's up the sidewalks. (I saw on your Q&A that they are not allowed. But was curious to know the fine and best way to handle.)

2. Abuse to the ducks

3. Walking a dog without a leash.

Thank you, in advance, not only for helping us with these issues but for all that you do for our great city!

When you witness violations, call police communications at 972.335.5505. It will be referred to the appropriate department.

Fine information on violations would have to come from municipal court, but all of the above are either law or city ordinance violations.
