Hi,
I would like some more information about the proposed zoning change of the area near the southwest corner of Lebanon and Teel (in Lonestar Ranch). I believe this area was originally zoned for multi-family. Could you tell me what change is being proposed? Thanks.

Anthony,

The City of Frisco has initiated a number of zoning changes throughout the city to bring the zoning of various properties into compliance with the City's Future Land Use Plan. The site you are referencing is one that is proposed to be rezoned from Multifamily to Single Family Residential. This is the land use called for in the Future Land Use Plan. Please feel free to contact me at 972.335.5580, ext. 157 if you should have any questions.

Hi Scott,

When will we know if the change to Single Family was approved for this site?

Thanks.

Paul,

At this time the case has not been scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. City staff are discussing a number of rezonings with the different property owners to reach agreements on the various rezonings. When any of the rezonings are scheduled for the Planning & Zoning Commission staff will send all property owners within 200 feet a written notice of the change as well as publishing a legal ad in the newspaper. That is all the information we have at this time. If you have any additional questions please email me or call me at 972.335.5580, ext. 157.
