What is being built in the area north of Lone Star Ranch where TEEL (south from main street) deadends or becomes a "gravel" road.

Is the construction related to the completion of Teel between Main and Lebanon?

The work that is currently being completed is a subdivisioin. (Teel Parkway Timber Ridge to High Shoals) is scheduled for a preconstruction meeting next week. Sinacola has been give a notice to proceed with ordering materials for Teel and will start construction after the preconstruction meeting.

What are the price ranges of these homes. The reason I ask is because if I remember right they were going to be lower end homes, like 1200sq ft and up.

Jason,

We do not track price ranges of homes in new subdivisions. The development that you are referring to is a standard subdivision with homes meeting all Ordinance requirements including the minimum house size of 1,800 square feet. I do not believe that they were intended to be lower end homes. Please feel free to contact me at 972.335.5580, Ext. 157 if you should have any additional questions.
