What is the status of any improvement plans for Eldorado between DNT and FM 423? It is my understanding that this is ultimately to be a 6-lane thoroughfare. Will the ROW width accomodate this? Is any short-term widening to take place? (Sure would be nice if it were in a similar condition as FM 720...) Thanks,

The City has partnered with Denton County (Ms. White) to complete the plans, specifications and engineering (PS&E) for this roadway. Texas Department of Transportation will construct this section of road. The City is expecting the PS&E to be complete mid summer of 2005, but no construction date has been established from TxDot. In the areas were development is built the City of Frisco has the required ROW. In discussions with TxDot this roadway is going to constructed in the near future so the expansion like FM 720 would not be done to this road.

If you require further information please call me at 972-335-5580 ext. 156.
