I just want to find out what requirement for putting a shed on the side yard. I did search the zoning ordinance but can not find the exact information. Can I put the shed on the side property line? If yes, will this disturb the swale between my house and my neighbor's?
Big thanks!

An accessory struture in a side yard must meet the same minimum side yard setback requirements as the main structure. For example, if the minimum side yard in your zoning district is seven (7) feet, an accessory structure in the side yard must be seven (7) feet from the property line. The minimum setback for an accessory building in a rear yard is three(3) feet, in no scenario can an accessory structure be placed on the property line for several reasons including the potential obstruction of the drainage swale between lots.
