How did the city of Frisco come up the the house numbering system? As one goes west from the center of town, the numbers get lower. Everywhere else I have lived, the numbers get higher from the city center. I live on the west side and as you get closer to Hiway 423, the numbers get lower. It almost appears that the numbering started at 423 but that doesn't explain the numbering downtown.

Sometime in the early 80's decisions were made to number the Frisco grid starting at 423 and 121. As you move east from 423 or north from 121 the numbers get higher.
