Early in the morning, traffic heading south on 423 hits a bottleneck at Lebanon (even as early as 6-6:30am). I read some earlier posts which said the issue is being studied. I was wondering if any changes are being made to the timing of the signal. There are hardly 2-3 cars on Lebanon and on the other hand, traffic is backed up all the way into Little Elm on south bound 423. Immediately after the Lebanon signal, it all clears up. At times ,there is a problem taking left turn from Main St onto 423 because of the backup.
It appears that some changes have been made for the evening for the north bound traffic on 423, and the backup is not bad at all compared to few months ago.
Can something similar be done for the morning time for south bound 423 at Lebanon?
