Can we know what is the latest on the status of construction of Coit road between Shepherds Hill Lane and Main Street?

Last consturction update report on 13th may -
(Link: http://message.ci.frisco.tx.us/etrakit/updates/details.asp?key=CV-0005)-
mentioned something about it being ready in 5 days.

When can we expect the road to open for traffic?

Thanks,
Nitin.

With the recent rains the project is about 2 weeks behind but that’s all, so yes we are on schedule to open in August. We are now looking at constructing Coit south of Sheppard’s Hill Road to Rolator and Rolator to the west.

If you require further information please call me at 972-335-5580 ext. 156.

Why did the the coit construction project not bring all four lanes to Main St. Wasn't that supposed to be done with this project? It appears that the contractor has filled in what was once excavated and terminated the south bound lanes just short of Main.

This is a Capital Improvement Project and the budget was set with last years Bond sale. There was monies not project specific included within the Bond sale, staff will monitor this intersection to see if the intersection improvements would be warranted.
