Obviously there are bigger problems in the world but as I walked out this morning to get my paper and stepped in some fresh leftover dog @#$! in my bare feet it made me wonder what, if anything, can be done to stop people from turning my front yard into their dogs toilet? Personally I would never let my dog do that and not clean it up but I seem to be the minority. Other than sitting in my front yard all day I don't know what to do. Any suggestions???

And while we are at it, is there anything that can be done about the dogs running free without a leash at the city parks.

Mr. Burns,

Your question about dogs without a leash was posted and answered recently by Captain Darren Stevens of the FPD. Here is a link to his answer. He also posted a link to the Animal Control Ordinance for Frisco. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact him directly. He posted his contact information as well.
