Can the street light at El Dorado and Teel be replaced? It has not worked for some time now and is very dark at that intersection at night.

We have reported this light again. In a few days we will check with the power company for a schedule for repair. Thanks.

This light is still out. Why is it taking COSERV so long to repair it?

The parts required to repair this light were accidentally used for another light. The parts were reordered and repair is scheduled for February 17, 2004.

There seems to be many issues when dealing with CoServ (and others) and fixing street lights. Is this something that will get attention in the future and somehow require the process to be refined?

Also, the street light at Jereme and the first road East of Hillcrest has been out for about a month now. Thanks.

Brian:

We contact CoServ or Oncor about street light problems daily when reported to us. Repair can take from a few days to a few weeks depending on the problem and parts availability. I will report the light problem at Jereme and Baton Rouge today. If you have additional questions, please contact me at 972-335-5520.
