There is a drainage problem that causes water to stand on the sidewalk on Lebanon road (past Legacy & Lebanon intersection, going west, near railroad bridge). The water continually stays there and is so deep that green slime is growing. Certainly it could breed mosquitos. The water is on both sides of sidewalk, but it is much worse on the north facing side of the road. It makes use of the sidewalks treacherous.

Can someone please check this out?
