Apparently while doing the construction on the new vetrinary center on College at Hillcrest, the workers are cleaning their equipment and letting the runoff spill onto College. As I was heading home two days ago, I drove through it not realizing what it was and having no alternate route choices. When I got home, I had a fresh coat of white paint (green truck) on my fender wells and tires. I had to power wash my truck immediately to avoid having a two-tone truck. I still have specks of the paint all over my truck that would not come off. Also, the road is still white and instead of wet paint, you now get white dust on your vehichle. What can be done and who is responsible?

"What you are referring to as "paint" is most likely the white wash water from concrete saw cutting operations. The contractor had sawed the concrete to facilitate its removal in the near future. If you would like contact information for the contractor on this project, please call me at 972-335-5580 x158.
