From what I remember, I know the City of Frisco requires 2 trees in the front of homes (please correct me if I'm mistaken). Then, I have a few questions about those trees:

1. Is any particular height required for new trees? 6 foot? 8 foot? Just as long as they, one day, look like big trees?

2. Do the trees have to be of a specific type? Oak? Elm? Evergreen?

I'd really like as much detail as I can get about these two issues because I'm about to purchase new trees and do not want to be out of compliance.

Many thanks,

The number of trees required for a single family lot is based on the zoning district. Please call Darell Bagley (972-335-5540 ext. 149) or Jennifer Thomas (972-335-5540 ext. 147) for answers to your questions and other questions that may arise in the conversation.
