Re construction plans: Can you explain the meaning of "grade seperation at Custer"?

Project Name: SH 121 Service Roads DNT to US 75

Project Description: Construct 6 lanes of service roads from the Dallas North Toll Road to US 75. It also includes a grade seperation at Custer.

The grade seperation on this project means that the Main lanes of SH 121 will go over Custer Road. The Frontage Roads will be at the same level as Custer Road.
