Is there any kind of online database/listing of the various municipalities that participate in the school tax redistribution program known as Robin Hood? Are there certain set criteria for participation, and is it mandatory or voluntary? I am also guessing that Frisco participates in it? Also, because our school taxes are so high, I would also like to know where I can get the breakdown of the spending. Thanks!
