I am not sure if this issue has been addressed in the message board. Why is the city having a special bond election in September instead of waiting till the regular election in November?
How much is this special election costing the city, county, or state? I would like to know exact dollar figures posted on this message board and on the Web site. Thanks!

The City of Frisco is conducting a City bond election on Saturday,September 14, 2002, a Uniform Election Date as provided by the Texas
Election Code. The cost for the City of Frisco to conduct the September election is $12,950.00. The estimate received from the Collin County
Election Administrator for the City of Frisco to conduct an election in November, the U.S. Election day, was approximately $27,000.00. However, the City of Frisco is not conducting any City election in November. If you have any questions, please contact us at 972-335-5551 x 124. Best regards. Nan
