I bought and assembled a natural gas grill (not LP). Are there any codes that require a plumber or trained professional to connect the grill to my gas stub on my back patio?

Also, what is the pressure of the natural gas line from Coserv. The manual says that the grill requires 7" water column (1/4 psig or 1.75 kpa).

A homeowner is allowed to connect appliances. If you should hire someone to do this or any plumbing work, he would have to be licensed by the state. Gas supplies in Frisco are delivered at 4-5 ozs. This is equal to 1/4 psig.
