Are there any plans to make Frisco's waste/water treatment plant a sealed (domed) facility? I have noticed several new residential subdivisions (Stewart Creek Estates/Lone Star Ranch/Heritage Village, etc.) surrounding the current facility. Even driving at night/cold days, you can smell the 'odor' in the air. I know other cities (Richardson,Dallas,Carrollton,Plano) have their facilities sealed, fenced off and landscaped, does Frisco plan to follow suit?

I am checking with the operator of the plant, North Texas Municipal Water District for a response. I will post it as soon as possible.
