As I understand the Stage 3 restrictions, I am not able to operate the small water feature in my yard--since the water used to fill the 3-4 foot wide bowl is potable water from my faucet--which is odd since it simply recycles the same water over and over again only losing very small amounts of water over time due to evaporation. But if true, could I purchase bottled water from the grocery store and use that instead in order to gain SOME enjoyment from the water feature I spent hundreds of dollars on??

You can use bottled water for any purpose. We all hope the drought ends soon so our lakes can return to their normal levels. Lake Lavon is currently 17 feet below normal. Thanks.
