What has happened to the road construction on Lebanon from Legacy to Starwood? Since the gas line break a month or so ago, looks like construction has stopped?

When is construction to finish?

Construction was held up because of SBC cable in the storm sewer flow line. It took SBC over 110 days to relocate their lines; we feel this should have been 45 days. The City meets with the Franchise Utility’s on a monthly basis so they can relocate their equipment ahead of our construction. In this meeting we provide them schedules and drawings so this work can be scheduled. The City is currently reviewing our options under the ordinances with the City Attorney’s office and can not discuss it further. We are still negotiating with the Contractor on lost time days but this should be completed early summer.

If further information is required please contact me at 972-335-5585 ext 129.

Is the completion still scheduled for early summer?
