The four corners of this intersection are currently zoned Retail, Industrial, and Planned Development for Retail & Offices. The only corner that has an approved preliminary site plan is the southeast corner which shows three pad sites and an area for a self storage facility along the overhead power lines.
City staff does not track individual businesses going into a location until such time as a building permit is submitted for review. And in the case of a strip center we often do not know until an individual bay comes in for a finish out. Until a building permit is requested for one of these corners we will not know what specific business aregoing to locate on these corners.
