Are there any requirements for a builder/developer to clean up and maintain vacant lots of trash and debris? The commercial property on the southwest corner of FM423 and Lebanon is a sad representation of The City of Frisco. Thankfully it was mowed at the end of the summer but now is full of mowed bits of trash and litter that has been there for quite some time.
