I have an antique tractor I restored and I have been approached by several neighbors about using it to pull a trailer for a hayride on Halloween. Is this possible and if so what is required from me. I am not charging for rides and we only plan on going down the few streets adjacent to us.

You will not be allowed to operate a tractor, antique or otherwise on a public street. You have the option of pulling the trailer on private property as long as you have the property owner’s permission.
