I live on Oxford Place in Plantation Resort. Ours is a side street within the neighborhood with no posted speed limit. We have had a problem with people driving fast and recklessly, particularly when children are out playing. My question is what is the speed limit and are drivers required to "use caution" when children are present?

If no speed limit sign is present in a residential subdivision, the state's prima facie speed limit is 30 mph.
