What is going on with the tap water in Griffin Parc? It has been Brown and Green since yesterday morning. I called the City Emergency line and no one ever came out. Is the water safe to drink? It looks very dark green and brown with a sludge film to it. You shoul make citizens aware of waht is going on with the water in Griffin Parc.

We placed the 48 inch water line in service yesterday. We flushed over seven million gallons through the line before our samples passed all tests. We always need to flush when we place new lines in service which can cause flow reversal. We have been flushing since yesterday. It should clear up by the end of the day. Thanks.

When will the new water tower on the NE corner of Panther Creek / Teel be filled and put in service?

What are the plans for the old water tower near Legacy and Warren? It is in need of painting and the logo is faded.

The City is planning to replace the tank with a 1.5 million gallon elevated tank and is currently working on obtaining a new site adjacent to the south side of the fire station on Warren.
