When will construction start on the new park north of the railroad tracks next to Sterling Ranch?

Thanks for your note regarding the Grand Park. In regard to your question, at this time we are working on the design drawings as well as receiving permits from the US Army Corps of Engineers to construct the lakes.

It is anticipated that it will take the remainder of the year, at least to complete the drawings. Construction, once begun will take approximately 18-24 months to complete. We will have a better feel for amount of time needed for construction once the design drawings have been finalized.

I hope this help address your question. Should you have any additional questions, please feel free to let me know.
