There are 2 rather large "mounds" of pavement approaching the intersection of 423 and Panther Creek going south. So large that the underside of my car hit it as I went over the smaller one. This poses a very dangerous problem especially at night when they are difficult to see.

The “mounds” you mention are located in the deceleration lane of FM 423 as you turn west onto Panther Creek Parkway into Little Elm.
FM 423 is maintained by the TxDOT area office in Denton, and we have notified them of your concern.
