We know that the TX Transportation Code 545.302 prohibits parking in intersections, but at what point does the Frisco Police consider a vehicle to be "in" an intersection and therefore in violation?

Also, is it a violation if the vehicle is not parked "in" the intersection per se, but parked so close to the intersection that it prevents other motorists from turning safely or forces them to enter the left-most/wrong lane of the roadway in order to make the turn?

Finally, are alleys excepted from this?
