I live in Frisco Lakes (far west Frisco). My static water pressure measures 45 PSI, which seems pretty low - I'd think it should be in the 60-80 PSI range. I understand that homes built after 2001 have Pressure Regulator Valves (PRV's) on the main line to the house. How can I get this checked, and if necessary, adjusted?

They would need to call a plumber. We do not adjust the PRVs.
