To whom or where can I make a request to have the utility green belt mowed that runs between Rising Star Blvd and Fall Harvest Drive in the Grawhawk subdivision. It is right next to Phillips Elementary and Stafford Middle and makes the students' foot and bike commute to school difficult. The area is overgrown and impedeing the sidewalk traffic, forcing the traffic into the street.

It is city owned property so I have been calling Code enforcement every 3 months or so to get it mowed. Could we get it on the mowing schedule? It is part of the furuture Hackberry Knoll park.

Verne,
The future Hackberry Knoll Park is a City owned property, located near Panther Creek Pkwy and FM 423. I apologize for the issue at the undeveloped park site, this is on our mowing schedule as it relates to the priority of park maintenance schedule. I will forward this concern on to our Park Maintenance Supervisor to look at the site and proceed as needed. We will let you know if the property in question is actually part of the adjacent property owner, in which case we will be able to notify them of the code issue.

Thank you,
Wes Hicks, Parks Project Manager
