1. The right turn lane on Panther Creek for south bound DNT access is backed up a mile in the morning rush hours and similarly the left turn lane is backed with evening rush hour traffic. Could you please look into making both lanes turning lanes or adjust the timing of the signal?

2. There has been recent excavation work on Panther Creek past Legacy - some of the resurfacing of the road there has caused 2 new drops/undulations in the road surface. Could you please look into that.

The damage to the pavement you have seen is not due to development activity, but is due to movement of the soil in the area. Our Public Works Department repaired the area adjacent to the rough spots. We will send them this location and get it on their schedule for repair.

As for your request at Panther Creek and Dallas Parkway, the City’s current plan shows construction of additional lanes on Dallas Parkway beginning in 2018. Please note that this is a tentative plan and is subject to change. Until that time, we will monitor signal timing and attempt to improve the operation of the intersection and minimize delays.
