I've seen some lots/roads being built on the North & South sides of Rockhill between Preston & Independence. Do you know what are the subdivisions going to be named & who are the home builders going to be?
Thanks!

Those lots are likely part of another Phase of Creekside at Preston. Phase 4C (Belmont Woods) should be under construction soon. The developer has indicated construction of the roads within the subdivision should start within the next 2-3 weeks.

Rockhill at Preston is a subdivision on the north side of Rockhill Parkway near Preston. Most of the property east of there has not been annexed by the City of Frisco yet or is in the City of McKinney (between Coit and Independence)
