The area along SH 121 between Hillcrest and Custer is zoned for high intensity commercial uses. There is no industrial zoning along this corridor. At this time we do not have any applications for commercial development. While the current zoning does not permit the type of mixed use development as seen in Watters Creek, Frisco has approved mixed-used developments in other parts of the City and would be receptive to such a plan under certain circumstances.
