The Preliminary Site Plan for this development has been approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission. The portion of Holland Drive that the driveways connect to is not in the actual subdivision. This street was designed and placed in its location in order to provide access to the subdivision and the retail corner. Having driveways on Holland Drive allows the residents of Hunters Creek to access the retail corner directly without having to go on to Rolater Road. This is in compliance with the City's Comprehensive Plan as well as City Codes and Ordinances.
