Our HOA is considering changing the landscaping design for our entry's into the neighborhood. We will be replanting new landscape and adding lights. Are there any guidelines or approval that we need to seek from the City? Are there draught tolerant guidelines that we must adhere to?

Thanks!

Jason,

If you will be removing landscaping and doing electrial work, you will need to submit a landscape plan to our Landscape Architect for review and approval. The electrial work will require that the HOA obtain a permit from Development Services for the work to be performed. You can submit your plans to Planning & Development Services on the third floor of the George A. Purefoy Municipal Center.
