Is there away to get a residential alarm permit online?

From the Police Records Website:

Alarm Permits: City ordinance requires alarm system users to obtain a permit. To obtain a permit, complete the Alarm Permit Application and mail it, along with a check for $25, to the police department. You may also call 972-292-6000 to have an application mailed or faxed to you.
