Hello,

A few months ago there were signs around the open field just south of the Cobb Hill subdivision, north of Eldorado Pkwy, and east of Woodsboro. I was told that it was zoned multi-family and they were changing that zoning to townhomes.

Now, those signs are gone and I've been told that the zoning did not change.

Did the zoning change? Are there currently any plans by developers to build on this property?

Bobparr,

The applicant has withdrawn the rezoning request and is no longer pursuing it. The property remains multifamily and there are no plans for development of the site.
