What is the timeframe for changing roads to curb and gutter in old town Frisco? Will Cottonwood, Dogwood, and Meadow Hill get included?

In an effort to maintain the connection to our past (Downtown Frisco), earlier this month construction began on the Selected Old Town Streets Project. This project will rehabilitate Third, Fourth, and Sixth Street North of Main, as well as First, Third, Sixth, Pecan, and Hickory South of Main. We anticipate completion of these streets in the summer of 2008. The Engineering Department has completed plans for the reconstruction of Dogwood and Meadow Hill, but a time frame for construction has not yet been set. Additionally, later this year, a firm will be selected to design the rebuilding of Seventh Street from Main to Hickory. Thank you for your message.

Will Cottonwood be included with the Dogwood reconstruction? We have some severe issues with the cracked asphalt and water drainage from overfilled ditches the past couple of weeks.

Unfortunately, the Project I mentioned only rebuilds Dogwood from Main to McKinney. I have forwarded your message to Public Works so they may investigate your concerns.
