This is one of those rare situations where a project gets started and then stops before the building is completed. Our Code Enforcement Officers have required the property owner to remove those items that would create a safety issue.
A new site plan was approved for the site by the Planning & Zoning Commission at the end of September. The site plan was for a retail building and not for a pharmacy. They are preparing construct drawings at this time and I expect them to start construction probably in the next few months. Thank you for your interest.
