An email came across my desk stating something about homeowners should not be watering when the temperature falls below 40 degrees. I tried searching online using the ordinance fiche and this Q&A board, but had no luck finding the details. I wanted to alert the homeowners here in The Trails. Would you please help me find the details? Punishable by fine, I was told...

From the City of Frisco website (friscotexas.gov),go to Departments and the Public Works home page. Then click on Waterwise. Go to Plan and look for Appendix E for the information regarding irrigation below 40 degrees. If you have any other questions, please contact my office at 972-335-5520. Thanks for your interest.
