Is there a code against blocking city sidewalks? There are a number of sidewalks in my neighborhood that are being block by these portable basketball goals 24/7.

We have to walk through the grass or out in the street on a couple of culdesacs. Not a big deal if you just walking, but if your pushing a stroller it's a real pain.

If this is an easement violation, who would I contact?

Please contact Code Enforcement at (972) 335.5580, #188. A Code Enforcement Officer will provide information regarding easements, right-of-ways, access areas, and/or other public property areas.
