I believe that you are referring to the southwest corner of 423 & 380. If you are referring to the northwest corner I would suggest that you contact the City of Prosper. The southwest corner of that intersection has a zoning application in to rezone the property from Agricultural to Commercial-2 and Industrial. The applicant has not indicated what is being proposed for this site. He has only indicated that he wishes to market the site and that the rezoning will allow him to do so. Before any development does occur on the site, water and sewer lines will need to be extended by the developer.
