I wanted to know how/when I can get larger items disposed of that will not fit in the trash bin?

Good Morning Mr. Toncrey,
Thanks for your enquiry. We have a free service that covers the disposal of large items that do not fit in the trash cart.

The city is divided into four sections, each section is provided with a bulk waste collection one Saturday per month. I apologize that our website is under construction and that you cannot view the maps identifying your Saturday. Please give us a call at 972-335-5519 and we will be happy to assist you. You may also call our contractor CWD at 972-292-0770 for this information.

You may also choose to use the Custer Road Transfer Station for free disposal. Drop off is limited to 2 times per month. ID required - Driver's license and copy of current Frisco water bill. Hours of operation Monday - Saturday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. The transfer station is located east of Preston Road and south of Hwy 121 on Ridgeview Road. Their phone number is 972-727-6341.

Pippa Couvillion,
Environmental Services Manager.
