Dear AnonymousPVN,

We are currently working with our city attorney to review the professional services agreement with the landscape architectural firm that will be developing construction documents and development plans for the Shepard's Glen Park site.

I anticipate that this review will be complete over the next couple of weeks and we will take this agreement to the City Council for review and consideration.

Once an agreement has been approved, work on the devleopment plans for the park will proceed. Typically, this is a 3-4 month process with bidding of the project taking place after the design is completed.

Based on the information referenced above, I would anticipate that the project would likely begin construction in the late fall with completion taking place in the late spring or early summer of 2005.

For further details about this, please feel free to contact me or Dudley Raymond (Parks Planning and Capital Projects Superintendent) at any time. I will reference both of our contact listings below.

Thank you again for your interest.
