Is there code that regulates and enforces home builder's in Frisco to fix serious drainage issue's on homeowner's properties?
We have tried to get our home builder to fix the "swamp" that, we feel, was due to poor drainage design on their part. We live in a zero lot line home and several of my neighbors are having the same problem with out any results from the builder.

Builders do have an obligation for lot drainage. Please call this office at 972-335-5580 ext. 152. Give me the address, one of our staff will visit your property and try to resolve your problem.
