One of the home builders in my neighborhood has piled a bunch of dirt in one lot. The dirt has been piled there for weeks now and is a real eye sore. I believe there is a time limit on how long construction can sit with out any progress - would this qualify? Is there anything that can be done?

There is no time line on dirt setting on a lot. Please call this office at 972-335-5580 ext 105 or 106. Give the street and address, if available, a Building Inspector will check the lots for violations.
