There is a new subdivision going up just north of Lebanon on the west side of Hillcrest. There is supposed to be a greenbelt between that subdiv and Hillcrest Meadows to the south. How will that greenbelt be landscaped? Will it belong to the new subdiv or to the city? There is a large basin that has been excavated in that area. Is that temporary or will it be part of the greenbelt?

Thank you.

Mr. Todd,

The subdivision that you are asking about is a townhouse development called Tuscany Square. The open space between the development and Hillcrest Meadows will be a landscaped drainage detention area. This is the large basin that has been excavated on the site. The area will be maintained by the subdivision's future HOA. If you should have any questions please feel free to email me at
